The Workout:
Complete as many rounds as possible of the following exercises for 20 minutes. - Run 1/2 a mile, 7-9 mph** - 20 squat jumps - 10 burpees - 20 skaters - 30 mountain climbers **for an extra challenge, add a 5% incline to your treadmill
