The Easiest, Healthy Halloween Treats You Should Make

Trick or [healthy] treat?

My favorite part about this time of year is the festivities of all the fall holidays… my creative juices always come out. These healthy Halloween treats are not only healthy but fun to make and share with friends. Give them a try!

BOONana Pops

Sh*t you need: Bananas, vanilla greek yogurt, mini chocolate chips, popsicle sticks. THAT’S IT.

How to make ’em:

- Peel bananas, and cut in half horizontally

- Place popsicle stick into banana halves

- Dip banana into vanilla yogurt and place on a plate

- Place two mini chocolate chips as the eyes

- Place in the freezer

- Enjoy ghost banana treats during scary movies

Jack O’ Lantern Fruit Cups

Sh*t you need: Large oranges, your favorite berries, a spoon and knife for carving 🙂

How to make it:

- Slice the very top of the orange off

- Carve your pumpkins face (eyes, nose, mouth - get creative)

- Hollow out the inside of you orange with a spoon... just like a real pumpkin lol

- Stuff with fresh berries! 

Candy Corn Fruit Parfait

Sh*t you need: Fresh pineapple, mandarin oranges, whipped cream/greek yogurt, and a mason jar or cup

How to make it:

- Cut the pineapple into chunks, place in jar/cup at the bottom.

- Peel the mandarin and separate the little orange slices. Place these as the second layer of the parfait.

- Fill the top layer with whip cream (or even healthier option - plain greek yogurt)

So this Halloween season, say no to candy and yes to one of these healthy halloween treats.
