  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 small beet, high in vitamin C
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 an apple, dietary fiber
  • 1-2 Tbsp. raw ginger, anti-inflammatory
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Salt, a pinch
  • 2 Tbsp. water
Add all ingredients to the blender, then spoon into pancakes on a hot pan. Flip when ready and enjoy with Sunbutter, apple sauce, or a drizzle of maple syrup. 🙂
