Winter Workout At Home

By January 8, 2015Move

It’s official, the country has frozen over. It’s -1 degree in Boston!! I hope it’s warmer wherever you are. I know that the likelihood of me leaving my apartment today is slim to none but that won’t stop me from getting a workout in. Try this winter workout at home. You don’t need any equipment at all…all you need is a timer.

I included some pictures from my summer fitness series with Cave Girl in the City to inspire some warmth 😉
