For when even cold weather can’t keep away Ben & Jerry’s cravings.

 

Satisfy your sweet-tooth with this healthy knock-off of their famous Chunky Monkey recipe.

Total time: 10 minutes to prep*

When to eat it: At home with Netflix 

Perks: Vegan, lactose-free, and all the deliciousness of ice cream with reduced sugar and fat

Makes: 4 servings

Sh*t you need: 

Four bananas cut into chunks and frozen for at least six hours
3/4 cup vanilla cashew milk 
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate 
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

*Extra 1-2 hours to freeze if you don’t have a food processor

The Recipe:

1. Add frozen bananas, vanilla cashew milk, vanilla extract, and unsweetened cocoa powder into food processor.*

2. Blend for 3-5 minutes.

3. Remove from food processor and stir in walnuts and and dark chocolate.

4. Add any additional toppings ( peanut butter, strawberries, etc.), get cozy, and enjoy!

*If using a blender freeze for up to 3 hours stirring every 30 minutes or until desired consistency.
