Yesterday, I told you why you should workout on Thanksgiving and I promised you a workout that was intense, pretty quick, and requires no gym at all.
I think it was the Thanksgiving of my freshman year of college that my sister put me through this
torture workout. It pushed me to my limits, it burned, and I loved every minute of it. I was definitely ready for a big Thanksgiving meal after we finished. This workout holds special meaning to me as it was the first workout that I ever really remember completing. I’m very excited to share it with you and hear your feedback. Just remember, this Thanksgiving workout ain’t easy. Good luck!
Need some clarification about certain exercises?
Superset: Doing one exercise immediately following another (no resting in between).
Remember to finish off your workout with a cool down — a 5 minute walk or jog.
