Yesterday, I told you why you should workout on Thanksgiving and I promised you a workout that was intense, pretty quick, and requires no gym at all.

I think it was the Thanksgiving of my freshman year of college that my sister put me through this torture workout. It pushed me to my limits, it burned, and I loved every minute of it. I was definitely ready for a big Thanksgiving meal after we finished. This workout holds special meaning to me as it was the first workout that I ever really remember completing. I’m very excited to share it with you and hear your feedback. Just remember, this Thanksgiving workout ain’t easy. Good luck!

Active Stretching: “Active stretching decreases your risk of injury, relieves back pain, and boosts your athletic performance.” – Tanja Djelevic, celebrity personal trainer. 

Frog hops

Bunny hops

Lateral shuffles

Superset: Doing one exercise immediately following another (no resting in between).

Remember to finish off your workout with a cool down — a 5 minute walk or jog.
