Pink Protein Shake

protein shakeYou will need… 

  • 1 scoop Strawberry Quest Protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ small beet
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • Handful of strawberries
  • Handful of ice
  • Water as needed
  • Chocolate syrup

How to make: 

Add first 5 ingredients to a blender and blend. Then add ice and water as needed. Finish it off with a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top!
