Healthy banana bread FTW.

Let’s be real, banana bread is perfect all year round, but there is something about it that just oozes fall vibes. Which makes it the perfect fall snack, and since its BANANA bread its basically a fruit salad, right? Right.

Time: 5 minutes to prep, 50-60 minutes to cook; 1 hour-ish total

When to eat it: When you need to warm yourself up before stepping out into the cool morning, with your cup of coffee, or whenever you have a hankering for something amazing.

Perks: Low cost, seems fancier than it really is, fruit is involved, can be made gluten free

Sh*t you need:

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Add walnuts if you wanna get a lil’ crazy

2. Mash them 'nanas with a fork, then stir in the melted butter

3. Add in the baking soda and salt

4. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract

5. Add the rest of your dry ingredients into the bowl

6. Put that ish in a baking pan, preferably a loaf pan but you're a broke college student, do what you can.

7. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour, remove from oven and cool.
