Avocado Dream Sauce

Your new go-to for dressing and sauce.

Time: 5-10 minutes

When to eat it: With salads, grilled chicken, sandwiches, pasta, chips, or whatever else. This stuff is ridiculously good and goes well with just about every food. YAS. ♥  

Perks: allergy-friendly, vegan, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar free 

Sh*t You Need:

1 ripe avocado, diced
3 teaspoons raw honey
5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

a blender, food processor, or a strong hand that can mix well

The Recipe:

1. In a blender, hand mixer, food processor, or with a wooden spoon, whip all ingredients together until you get a creamy, smooth consistency.

2. Taste and add salt/pepper to your liking.
