No-bake, easy to make. Did I mention they’re chocolate chip? 

Time: 10 minutes of prep, 1 hour in the fridge, 1 hour 10 mins total 

When to eat it: When you feel like stress-eating an entire tub of cookie dough

Perks: High in protein, no bake

Makes: 8 cookie dough bites

Sh*t You Need: 

2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I like PEScience Vanilla) 
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp butter extract 
1/4 cup almond milk
Mini chocolate chips to taste 

The Recipe: 

1. Mix together all of the ingredients, except for the almond milk.

2. Slowly stir in the milk until you get a dough-like consistency.

3. Referigerate dough for 1 hour, then form into 8 little cookie dough bites! It's that easy :). 

Nutrition: 2g fat, 4g carbs, 6g protein
