Did you know that in a day, an estimated 1.4 million bananas are thrown away? It’s BANANAS!!! Ha, get it?! But it’s crazy to think that so many people don’t utilize their spotty brown bananas.
Well, now, you can make a change! This recipe is simple, quick, and absolutely delicious. They’re oatmeal banana cookies: the cookie dough is made of one ripe banana, some oats, and any add-in of your choice. I like to make my oatmeal banana cookies with dark chocolate chips, and I have to admit they are freaking amazing.
